 Forms
All documents needed for loan modification, loan origination and property preservation are included.   Enter information once, and it automatically flows to other forms using the same data.

Workflow
The system allows users to set up flags and alerts for activities that need to be done following a previous activity, or within a certain time frame. This is an especially powerful feature for companies that want to establish tight compliance procedures.

Tracking
The status of each file can be easily checked. All files automatically have a “status” flag based on what actions have been done on the file. A user can view or print all open files, all submitted files, or all closed files. When a group of files appears, a user can click on any one to get more information.

Reports
Standard Pipeline reports are included, or users can customize fields to create their own. Users select the data they want to extract from files, specify how they would like it arranged and save it. Users can filter information to view all activity or just the activity of a specific loan officer or processor.

Contact Manager
The contact manager database is where customer and service provider contact information is kept. Contact data is input once and then automatically inserted in the forms as they are used-no duplicate entry is required.

Tasks
When tasks or conditions are created, they are assigned to the person responsible for satisfying the task and tracked until complete. Since all users access the same shared loan file, there is no need to use another system to email or fax other users.

File Cabinet
All loan documents and files are kept in the file cabinet. Files are accessed by all participants according to permissions set by the Administrator.

Conversation Log
This section of the system allows users to record important information that does not belong in any of the forms or files.
