Virtually 100% of companies in the real estate industry input the same data into multiple software applications daily, wasting time and money.  We use Web Services (among other methods) to connect to different applications.  Web Services allow applications from different sources to communicate with each other without time-consuming custom coding.  Because all communication between these applications are done over the internet, web services are not tied to any one operating system or programming language. In addition to making your data globally accessible, Web Services also allow internal users or external clients to utilize your corporate back-end IT systems from anywhere on any device. Web services enable connections to all of your varied in-house systems. Our custom web services drive data in and out of your other systems preventing you from having to update multiple databases at once. 

Web services in conjunction with Channel Inc.’s web-based process-centric application utilize data compiled by your existing technology to launch processes.  Bottom line, Web Services are a faster, cheaper and more flexible method of combining multiple applications.  We are capable of doing other types of integrations, but we recommend Web Services
