Realty Channel is where Buyers or Sellers Agents go to coordinate the process of a purchase and/or sale of real estate with other parties.  Buyers agents input buyer information and can then access vendors to coordinate with on the transaction, including; Property Appraisal, Credit, Mortgage, Title and Escrow vendors.  Selling Agents receive, or input asset and loan information and then update occupancy and property condition information.  Listing Realtors can also bid out work and assign tasks to Property Preservation vendors, as needed to get the property ready for listing and sale.  Both Buyers and Sellers Realtors can update status of the asset 24/7 from any internet connection.
