Our newest “channel” within the Channel Inc. universe is Auctions.  We provide an auction platform enabling real estate firms to offer their clients an auction option.  The traditional process of placing a property on MLS and waiting for months to find a buyer is inefficient for many sellers.  Online Auctioning allows the listing agent to engage multiple buyers simultaneously increasing the sales price and decreasing days on market.
