At the core of the Channel Inc. software are three components: 

• A secure e-Vault where critical property and borrower information is kept;
• A Forms Engine capable of creating any form required; and
• A Workflow Tracking and Reporting system. 

These three components enable users to efficiently populate forms with the data required to perform various Real Estate Transactions, such as Loan Modification, New Loan Origination, Property Preservation, listing, sales, etc.  Clients configure the system with their own workflow, tracking and reporting rules.  Clients also establish the permissions and access rules for each user in their organization.  Once configured, users can begin to interact with clients and vendors in a controlled and efficient manner.
