 To protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or alteration and against unauthorized disclosure or access, Channel Inc. employs the highest levels of back up, redundancy and site security available in information technology. Four fiber optic providers are full time active into our data center just in case one or more has a temporary outage. Power is backed up in multiple ways, and we follow the N+1 architecture philosophy enabling data relay and routing optimization in the event of any time of service disruption. Finally, we provide multiple data backup options to clients including a fully mirrored site in another location or regular tape backups delivered to a corporate records warehouse such as Iron Mountain, or your location.
