HomeServices Title & Closing Network offers closing services on a national scale. The network offers “brick and mortar” services in all 50 states connected by the Channel web based work-flow system. Each transaction is managed by our HUB, your single point of contact.  The HUB is managed from the Mission Viejo, CA offices of California Title, a HSA owned and operated company and a direct affiliate. This office provides the single point of contact for orders and performs the routing of the order to the local HSA member provider. Our network of local providers connected by the HUB is well established and staffed with experienced, local professionals. HSA has significant national agency relationships with each of the four major underwriters; Fidelity, First American, Old Republic and Stewart Title, a position that gives us significant flexibility to meet client needs at each local office. We can also make available additional options for clients through other underwriters such as Title Resources Guarantee Company and WFG National Title Insurance Company. HomeServices of America, Inc. is a Berkshire Hathaway Affiliate.

Each state we operate in has a dedicated workforce on the ground with brick and mortar. Our people are experts in their areas and have the local knowledge necessary to get the tough transactions closed.  As Foreclosures have wreaked havoc on local economies HSA is helping in the recovery of these local markets by having our transactions closed where the affected properties are located. This brings money back into the local markets speeding the recovery process of the United States of America.

HomeServices’ business model is not centered on a single brand, but rather an ever expanding network of leading market providers, most of which have an average operating history of more than 54 years. We respect and remain committed to the local brand that has established each company as a market leader.  A National Network of Local Providers is quite a different service model from the large plant infrastructure offered by many national title and closing providers. We do not believe in the model in which your title work is done by staff not familiar with the local property records and the closing process. Having local providers means better accessibility, personalized service and a better client experience.

 

Equi-Trax Asset Solutions LP

Equi-Trax Asset Solutions, LP, is based in Santa Barbara, Calif., and was formed in 2007 by a core team of experienced bank executives that chose to address the information gaps that existed in the valuation products they received from their vendors. EquiTrax has adopted the Broker Price Opinion Standards and Guidelines (BPOSG), a compilation of standards and best practices for BPO practitioners, real estate agents and brokers, created by the BPO Standards Board (BSB) in conjunction with NABPOP. These guidelines are consistent with the company’s own standards for high quality collateral valuations. The document outlines ethical practices for BPO practitioners and provides guidance on conduct, disclosures, proper application of techniques and more. The guidelines contained in BPOSG establish a benchmark by which vendors can measure their performance and companies can set realistic service level agreements. This is important to any company that takes Service Level Committments as seriously as Equi-Trax does.
