Buyers, or their agents can create a buyer profile (or full 1003) in the Channel Inc. system from which they can access our decisioning engine to determine maximum loan amounts they qualify for as well as accessing vendors for credit reports, property appraisals or property specific loan approvals.  Additionally for buyers, Channel Inc. has several thousand properties being managed at any time.  Approximately half of these properties are not listed yet, as they are in some part of the process prior to listing, the other half are listed by an agent on their local MLS service.
